Absurd..... Lock handle set.
Locksmith tried to rekey this handle set. It was defective. Now company claims the cylinder CAN NOT be rekeyed. Ridiculous! As a property manager of 6 locations, who buys locks and regularly rekeys them, I have never heard of such a thing. Plus this so called NON-rekeyable lock is NOT stated in the ad info before one purchases. Absurd! That means, in my case I would have to rekey 16 locks to this one handle. What the $%$%? I sent item back. Company said warranty is now void and will charge 20% restocking fee. Very dissatisfied. In addition, the impregnable vaccuum seal took 20 minutes to expose the product. I will go back and purchased my items from previous company.
