See full details at: www.microsoft.com/learn Review: A good book for gently wading in. - As complex as Azure is third book does a very good job of breaking it down into easily understood bits of information. I was able to practice as I read through easily and finished it in four days. I recommend it if you want to learn about Azure without getting mired in too much technical detail. Review: Helpful overview of the Azure platform - This book is a great introduction to the overall azure platform and services it offers. The book generally does a good job of providing enough depth to be meaningful, but staying brief enough for an overview. My only complain is a few topics do go into a little too much depth conceptually without any kind of hands on implementation, so its sometimes easy to get lost in the reading, but for the most part it's more useful than most exam-ref books.

Very helpful
It’s almost certainly overkill for the AZ900 fundamentals exam. It has a few mistakes (see picture for example) so if you’re new to cloud concepts definitely do the online course, that Microsoft offers for the 900, first. Overall very helpful, but contains some critical errors.

It's the only AZ-900 printed publication out there!
It is surprisingly well written, informative and engaging. The author goes deep in a areas such as building an ML model using Machine Learning Studio. It's a great confidence builder, but more info than needed to pass the AZ-900. I'd recommend investing the $30 -42 for this book along with a few test question sample dumps and online training. I invested 2 weeks, this book + Udemy online trainings and passed on the first attempt.

Great book!
I used only the contents from this book and took few sample exams from udemy. It was more than enough for getting a pass. I would recommend this book to any beginner, all concepts are explained very easily.

Really good introduction
I bought this book to get a good introduction to Azure. I have been working in Azure but got lot of my ideas cleared with this book. You need to supplement this book with online reading too on Microsoft website. I would recommend this book.

Fantastic resource for the AZ-900
Helped me pass the certification exam. Helped me organize and manage my self directed quest for AZ-900 certification. Some of the sections are a bit too detailed. But 5 minutes into the exam, i was breezing through it, and i aced it with a lot of points and time to spare.

Book is a good start but does have some inaccuracies...
The book, I believe, is a good start to learning the basics of Azure. I'm almost half way through the book but noticing errors/inaccuracies. For example, on page 9 it references a SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS pyramid diagram, in that order, but a few pages later it references it in the wrong order. The subject is comparing these three different services with which one has more control to less control. I wrote in the correct order directly in the book. Another page references a diagram number that isn't in the book. It's on page 42 (chapter 2), if anyone is interested. Figure 10-10 doesn't exist, I assumed the book is referencing diagram 2-10. The book only has 4 chapters so it doesn't make sense to reference Figure 10-10. The first exercise in the book has you creating a VM using Ubuntu Server. It skips a couple of steps, which turn out to be necessary to complete the creation of the VM. You must choose the size that you want to use for the VM, that section isn't covered at all and if you try to create the VM it will fail validation because a size wasn't chosen during the configuration.

Buona visione d'insieme
