This stuff is great. No cramping but your body will let you know subtle that you need a bowel movement. Added to workout routine and seeing amazing results in my stomach. Love it!

It’s helping me lose weight. It’s not too strong to make you uneasy. Works as directed. I am on my 3rd bottle. Love it!!!!

I take this occasionally when I’m feeling constipation. I don’t recommend taking before bed, wakes you up early with cramps. I take early morning when I am home all day. Works well, you will have some cramping but not as bad as a regular laxative. Makes me go a few times before the urge is gone.

Good stuff

Took it first day and i was nauseous all evening. Vowed i wouldn’t take it again. A week later i decided to take another dose thinking maybe the first reaction was due to something else but i acutely regret that decision. I was in pain and nauseous all evening and night. Worst Colin cleanse ever!I used a colon cleanser weeks ago and worked magic for me. Thot with the reviews this one would do better. Was wrong. Will trash
