EASTUP Rear Window Defogger Defroster Repair Kit Fix Broken Defogger Grid Lines Just Two Steps No Special Skills Needed

VERY HAPPY with the result. YEs- it is visible on the outside. BUT!- it works perfectly. I would recommend if you make the lines slighly wider than the original and press down when applying the paste for better contact. Absolutely loving it. It said to wait 24h before turning kn the defogger- i personally tried it after 4h and the result is showing on the pic in the dark. For all the lines that are on the pic i have used half of the material (couple i had to repeat second time as i taped it too close together and pulled the paste off)Definitely gonna recommend it.

Total waste of time. £20 spent on a product that is difficult to apply in the first place (really gunks up the rear window) and failed to work.Purchased a £9.99 kit from Halfords and that worked. Total shock!!!

Had to apply 2 coats as first one didn't work.Seems to fix my problem with rear demister however I think if you clean the rear window your may accidentally rub off the paint which would lead you back to having a broken line on the demister. Time will tell.

Nice clear instructions and I found the product very easy to use and apply. The amount of paste goes a long way and you don’t need to slap it on as if you were decorating a cake! I did 4 repairs and there’s plenty left to do more.As others said, make sure you are careful with the masking and that the surface has been cleaned. Also remove the masking tape as soon as you have smoothed the paste.

I would say I’m usually pretty good at fixing things but this kit is a nightmare to use and didn’t get any results I was expecting.

Package states 2ml repair compound, however it is only 0.6ml, this leaves little room for error. Masking tape is poor quality and painting with the syringe is a difficult task, make sure it's in a well ventilated area as the fumes are noxious. Seems to have worked but its extremely overpriced for what it is.

Works ok for repairng wires in window, but not any good for connecting the wire to the window

It's ok you don't get much paint and no matter how hard you try can't make it look neat from the outside . It doesn't like a curved element shapes . It did repair my demister just wished when it dried it was a better colour match for element final colour is silver .
