Exo Terra T-Rex Skull Terrarium Decor

I love the way this T-Rex skull looks. I would say it's a bit too big for my 10 gallon with all my other decorations and plants but would be perfect for a 20 gallon so I plan on using it for a future project. Definitely in love with it 😜

I am SO glad that I got this. I have a Blizzard Corn Snake, about five feet long, and maybe about a half dollar or less circumference at the biggest point. I like the T-Rex skull since not only does it give lots of places for him to wrap around and explore, but if he just wants to burrow beneath it, it can keep some heat off of him. I've placed mine beneath the heat lamp as a sort of 'medium zone' and he adores it; the plastic doesn't get hot and nasty and is very easy to clean. My only complaint is that you'll want to look over the holes and teeth for any sharp edges, just little pieces where the plastic mold might not have come away completely. Very easy to remove and file down and a part of just about any plastic reptile item, just doesn't forget to check! This hidey-hole looks fantastic and sufficiently terrifying when under the red glow of the heat lamp, I'm in love and so is my little man.TL;DR A great size and fantastic details, make sure to check for and file down any sharp edges then enjoy!

Looks good, snake likes it a lot. It is not a real Dino skull, but I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Amazing set piece for my ball python to crawl through. I wouldn't use it as a hide because it will be too small but it's perfect for cover when they wanna move around

Packaged well, arrived safe and undamaged. My animal seems to enjoy it.The only thing I would mention is there are some sharp edges inside the skull itself that might be damaging to some animals, but with a nail file those can be easily rounded off to absolute safety.

I’ve been trying to find something for my large male bearded dragon and got excited when I read the dimensions for the large skull were 10x5.7x5. It’s only 9Lx4Wx3.5”H and the top most part of the skull is only 1.5-2” wide, not wide enough to support his body and it’s not tall enough to reach the heat from the basking lamp. What’s the point of listing incorrect dimensions? Will have to return and try to find something much bigger for him.

Our hermit crabs are fans of this hideaway decor. Perfect for four small-medium crabs to gather under and climb on. No chemical smell, no sharp edges (the teeth are pointed, but not dangerous), and obviously a fab design that's aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. Highest recommendation!
