Ok but not great
These band should be an inch or so smaller so as to not allow for a wide range of motion. They also slide and roll more than other bands and seem to have stretched out pretty quickly.

My favorite equipment
These have quickly become my favorite equipment. They help me to exercise more difficult areas of my body such as my hips and outer legs. These areas are usually harder to take care of with more traditional methods. The little workout suggestions sheet is very useful and I do most of them with the addition of doing clamshells.I've been using the medium at least 3x a week and can already feel my balance improving and my leg posture improving (I have knock knees). It's easier to correct myself when I begin to lose my balance! I also use them to do neck strengthing routines. I'm looking forward to upgrading my routine to the heavy resistance soon!I'm thinking about buying the 15"x4" version too but I specifically bought the 2"x12" version because it was shorter. If I end up getting them, I will update my review to compare my use and observations between the two.
