Yes it does , including cap tube for stat. I install it in a 1972 Mercedes 350 SL . I removed the org. controls and modified the panel were it mounts ( install new plastic ) It only has a 3 speed fan , but if its going w their evap. it has a 3 speed fan , if your recto fitting in something w 4 speed , don't use the low speed. .This is one best to go with if retrofitting a control most others on the market were to exp. and did not look any better .

No it will not. gen II is Analog and gen IV is digital
