The part works great but it’s a pain in the ass to change. Good part though.

Defective- you get what you pay for.
My oil pressure gauge on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder was pegged at high so I bought this to replace it. Now it’s pegged at low. So I definitely know my oil pressure sending unit was bad. And I know it’s still bad after I replaced it. Next time I’ll spend more money on it. This part was obviously defective.

2004 Nissan Titan
My factory sender pegged the oil pressure gauge on high after about 220K miles of good service. This was a good replacement. Note that if you have an oil cooler, this might be a good time to replace the gasket and two coolant hoses for that also, because you are likely going to need to remove the driver's side oil cooler coolant hose to get to the pressure sender anyway, and if they have tons of miles and years on them, it is time. Note that this job can get a little messy with oil and coolant spills. Plan for it.
