Still one of the best wire nuts for high temp applications.
One of the simplest and oldest wire connectors. Still one of the best for high heat areas. If you need heat protection make sure and use glass wrapped wire and wrap with glass tape. I wouldn't use these for #10 splices but they do a good job.

If you repair stoves; these are a good replacement for in the hot areas.

Just what I needed to complete my connection of a switch to the oven light on my GE Adora oven. Used two 14 AWG wires connected together and I think I could have had two more in the wire nut. Full ceramic, no metal, worked great!

Good product
A little difficult to get to grab and tighten, Have to push as well as turn, otherwise seems to work great. No longer have to worry about stove top melting wire nuts.

Ceramic Wire Nuts
Bought these when I was replacing my oven ignitors, the ignitors weren't supposed to come with wire nuts so I bought these at the same time. The ignitors came with wire nuts which were awful, glad I got these as they actually grabbed the wires and didn't disintegrate.

You must use these high temp types for anything more than ambient / generic house/automotive. These are for anything higher, such as stove, ovens, heaters. I used these when rebuilding my Masterbuilt smoker along with higher gauge wire.
