Imy hdmi source supports cec for turning tv off/on. does this device support cec at the destintion? i need to be able to turn 4 x tvs at destination.

I couldn't get IR to work but just adjust and control each TV separately

Whats the max distance from input device to transmitter? my input d vice would be at least 5 meters away from the transmitter

5 meter HDMI cable from your video source to the splitter should be ok. We have used longer ones without an issue.

Does this product require the cat6 cable to be a minimum length to work

I have cat6 cable running to 3 devices at various lengths from 3metres up to 30metres and it works perfectly.
