Totally DeguRope bridge shelf Platform Refill (1 Pack) - No fixings with this product

I'm not sure how to rate this really and i don't want to be negative. I wish the product was made of a different material or at least not held together by rope. I bought the bridge & bolts last month, within 2 weeks in was chewed through completely and fell apart. I ordered the bridge replacement at the start of this month, less than 2 weeks ago and again the degus have chewed through it. Unless i want a monthly subscription it's just not ideal for my degus so I'm now I'm going to have to replace with something else. However it could work for smaller rodents or maybe ones that don't chew as much as mine? Shame because it would be really good otherwise
