If used "as it says on the tin" they do work very well. got my diet sorted and six day gym rotation sorted but it took these to get the results I was after. but you must drink lots of water during the day or you will get kidney pain and that is not good..

I ended up buy a lot of this. The big difference I noticed from the high-street nutrition shops bodybuilders shops. Is that this smell literately like that brand new smell, which really sold it to me and the prices is like 4 times better. The shops sell real bad flavoured caps real mean sometimes and real expensive.So I really enjoyed the fact that I might smell amazing afterwards and the colour of the powder was super beauty tan colour, like the bodys on the box.

I did not loose any weight using this product I use to gym 5 days a week and used the diet fuel as meal replacement for 1 mealmy BMI stayed the same until all tablets were gone and the fuel was gone too :((
