QUICKFIT Resistance Loop Bands Workout Poster - LAMINATED - Exercise Chart for Resistance Band Loops - 18" x 24"

I love that it's hard. It won't rip easily at all. You do have to unroll it lay flat for at least a couple hours so it won't roll up. Other than that I'm super happy to work out at home. It's pretty big. About the same as my whole abdomen. All the Pictures of the exercises are clear and bold. Easy to read.

Nice size , great price , looks great, love that it is laminated, clear pictures to give you workout ideas, thumbtacks work well hanging it on the wall

great

Easy to use

Great size for a poster

A great help. Just starting to exercise, haven't memorized all the moves yet. The well made poster makes it easy to learn the correct positions and moves. However, because it is rolled up for shipping, it takes a while to flatten it to be able to hang on the wall. The poster itself is laminated and the drawings are large enough to be seen readily.

Very motivating. Organized and concise. Great for establishing routine.

The exercises are fine but the graphics are so small they are difficult to make out unless you have the poster right next to you making it impractical to use while exercising.

What you see is what you get
