Granddaughter eats it all, every time!! Tasty way to give baby whole grains, plus Omega 3's
This cereal is not your average baby cereal. Instead of a bowl full of mush, it looks good, and tastes good, I tried it. It's unsweetened, so you decide what our how much you want to sweeten. I am careful to make sure not to use ever 1/3c of water/milk. Most of the time will use a bottle and measure 2.5 ounces, and that works out, makes a little thick, but it's easier to thin it, later, than it is to make it thicker. She was about 6 months old when she began eating it. She is 15 months old, now. She will eat it plain, out of the packet, but for variety, sweetener, and to add vitamins or to make bigger meal, I've added banana, raisins, blueberries, craisins, or whatever fruit I have. If she's really hungry, I'll add a half of a pouch of the plum organic strawberry Greek yogurt, which adds more more of Vitamins A, C and E; protein; fiber; and more Omega 3s from chia. You're giving your baby 12g of certified organic, whole grains, containing quinoa, chia, and oatmeal. The chia provides 50mg of Omega 3 (ALA) fatty acids. They have 2 breakfast, and 2 dinner varieties. I figure if I have a choice of what I offer her, I should give her foods that can help her body do it's best.

Flavor Has Changed Recently???
I used to love this this product, but the last shipment of boxes I received taste completely different, and have almost a chemical smell and taste to them. I don't know what happened. They aren't expired, and they are the same flavor. I have purchased these now for over two years, and this last batch is terrible. I'm afraid to order more, because I'm not sure if it's just this batch, or if they changed something. I hope they haven't changed it, because this was such a flavorful, and healthy oatmeal option (even my husband I loved it).

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal is Great
I use a packet of this and a serving of applesauce for my son's breakfast. He is allergic to peanuts and milk so this is a good option for us. I also like the serving size as a regular adult oatmeal packet makes too much. Some commenters have complained of this product overflowing while heating in microwave - sorry have you never made instant anything in the microwave before or for that matter popcorn?!? You have to watch, stir, and adjust time for your personal microwave. I use water from our Keurig and then zap it for 30 seconds.

Don't get the broccoli pasta.
I really liked the blueberry oatmeal and the pumpkin quinoa. They're not like the other types where it's so pureed you can drink it with a straw like a smoothie. When a baby is ready to start eating more textured foods, these are perfect and convenient. You can also add other things to it, like tofu, fish, or ground meat to the quinoa, or yogurt/banana/crushed fruit to the oatmeal. But the broccoli pasta is disgusting. The pasta is hard, even though I added boiling water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. It's like eating sand. Do not get the Broccoli pasta. It's not salvageable. I threw away all the boxes, I didn't even want to offer them free to anyone else.

A new favorite in our house
Just add hot water. My son loves these meals and I love the convenience. With 5 separate pouches in every box it was very easy to leave a box with different family members as back up food for days we visit. An excellent tradition into more solid food while still being soft enough to eat when you don't have teeth.

My daughter likes it.
My 14 month old daughter likes it and she clears her plate in the morning. I felt the smell of sage was strong for her first but she adjusted the new flavor soon. She likes it with additional chicken flakes and chunks of vegetables also. It is easy to prepare and helpful not to measure cereal in the busy morning.

Even mom eats it!
Both of my girls love these (5 and 2).Pros1. I really like that they have zero added sugar. Unfortunately it is very hard to find instant oatmeal for kids that is organic and does not have added sugar or juice!2. The flavor is yummy - I even like eating it!3. It's so easy to make on mornings when we are stretched for time. It's easy to add extra cinnamon, nuts, raisins, etc.Cons1. I will say the only con is that the pouches are small for the price. My girls are older so I have to cook them two pouches each for it to be enough of a breakfast. But for small babies just starting on solids it would be more than enough.

Mommy approved and Baby denied!
A for effort and execution but my little guy gives it 2 thumbs down on taste. He is pretty finicky and, sadly, I ended up giving this oatmeal away or watched it go down the drain. I have no complaints about the product and have no reason not to recommend it to others, but my little guy doesn't put his stamp of approval on it. I hope other little ones enjoy and savor the organic goodness.
