Keeps it Flowin at 300ml set point pace
Great piece for regulating water flow fm my RO system to my Ultra-water Distilling System.The Quick Connect feature saves me a few JG fittings, as well.

This flows just like it should.
This worked great for my reverse osmosis maple syrup system. I messed up on my part in the system design. I need to increase my pump pressure to get the RO filters to do their thing, but this guy restricted the flow exactly like it was rated. Good product.

Leaks!
Update to my original review: The poorly designed quick-connections leak. After a year or so they started to leak. I am now working on repairing the leak for the third time and this is on a line that has almost no pressure. Cannot recommend this product. The original was much better design.This is a simple item. Hardly anything to it. Easy to install and appears to work as designed with the osmosis filter. My real complaint is that there is no way this item should cost >$13. There are no other choices that I could find so they get you on the whole monopoly no other substitutes thing. BTW- I replaced my old one while replacing the osmosis filter because the manual called for it. I am not even sure it was necessary. Probably would have been ok if I hadn't but didn't want to risk failure. Bottom line, product appears to work but over-priced.

Fantastic!
I had to bypass my noisy air gap in RO system but I wanted to keep it safe from backflow. This did the trick.

The GE RO manual says to replace their flow restrictor each time the RO filter is replaced. I removed the GE restrictor (hard to replace) and used this easy to replace unit instead.

No directions
Ordered this to do the 5 year maintenance along with the membrane cylinder. It is not anything like the original equipment and it has no directions. I can't say how it works since I haven't found the directions of how to install it. The company for my RO system has not responded to my install questions either. For being a replacement part for a home RO system it is not helpful to send without some kind of instructions or website to go to for suggestions.

Not 300ml flow as advertised.
The restrictor sent to me was a 450 ml designed for 50 gpd membranes, not the 300 ml designated for the 24 gpd.Return process was easy.
