Arrived safely packaged, unboxing and assembly easy. Took me about 30 minutes to put together. (Tool for hardware included.) Several very small splintered blemishes in the bamboo, none that interfere with function. Fits nicely in my shower stall. Feels sturdy. When not in use in the shower, it made a nice handy little corner table next to my bathtub. Comes with a soap dish. Nice addition to my bathroom. Because it's not heavy easy for me to use in shower, tub or next to the tub. I recommend this product for people who need to sit to shower, or use bathroom mirror as a vanity.

I'm very pleased by this stool. It's comfortable and has stayed strong and beautiful looking since I got it a couple months ago. I HIGHLY recommend getting teak oil and treating the stool with it before using it, then maintain that finish as you own the piece. I forgot to apply teak oil to the matching soap dish, and it unfortunately has mold on it now. The stool is completely fine however, and both got equal amounts of exposure to water. It sits a bit funky in my bathtub/shower combo since it can't be pushed completely against the wall of the tub (due to the slope), but it works just fine and will be a piece I move to any later bathrooms I use. Lightweight and easy to move also.

I was so excited to get this shower seat. But the first one I got was cracked so had to get it replaced. Got the new one and assembled it. Within a month mold has grown in the slates on the seat. I have cleaned it 3 times and treated it all 3 times since I have gotten it but now the mold just won’t go away. Save your money, doesn’t work like expected

I previously complained about the small holes in the plywood- that we had to fill them with silicone to prevent the cracks from expanding. We decided to just keep it and fill the cracks as odds are another one would have similar problem. This is the 2nd bench like these we've bought as it fits in our shower well and matches decor'. The one we bought previously one was from another vendor several years ago.Now that we've lived it this one for a while, it is a superior design to the one we had before with a band of wood holding a seat made of separate parts. This seat and shelf are carved out of single pieces, with the "slats" created by routing slits in the plywood. The seat/shelf drain better and there are less places for mold to grow. The only thing that would make this a better product was if they used solid wood pieces instead of plywood.

After about two months of use, I'm throwing this bench away. It is turning black in several places from mold. I don't recommend this bench if you're going to put it inside the shower. It's very pretty and easy to assemble, but it belongs outside the shower.

We bought this for our master bathroom shower. It fits perfectly and looks great! It is exactly what we wanted. We just moved and I messed up the delivery address. The sellers got our package rerouted to our new house (different state!) and we are so thankful! Great experience all around!
