Works great with our Miele built in. We use it every 200 uses.

The descaling tablets and cleaning/ tablets work very well. Together with a daily rinse of the brew unit and a monthly soak (30 minute) and deep rinse of that unit the coffee maker works very well. I was given the advice to do the rinse and soak by the Miele techs.

Worked as expected! We have a built in Miele and absolutely love it. After a certain number of brews, the system actually forces you to do a cleaning/rescaling. They are super easy to use and come with very clear instructions. The tablets do a good job cleaning our Miele! I believe the price is comparable to other major retailers. Just a word of caution, make sure you restock your supply once you use your last tablet. There is nothing worse than waking up to the descaling message and then realize you are out of tablets. Would recommend to others. Arrived on time and well packaged.

Included in the pkg was a tool with a (wooden) handle that has a head that's similar to a razor blade? Nobody in the family could identify it or why it was in our cart. No biggie just a mystery. I suspect it might be used to scrape residue during cleaning cycle.

you must use it. I use it every time I get the message to do so. But it has not unstopped my hot water spout that won't unclog even though I use 2 tabs each time.

I have a built-in Miele Coffee Machine. The COST alone (over $1,000.) inspired me to use Miele cleaning products. Wouldn’t use anything else.

It was what I was needing for my coffee machine. It was so much easier than trying to figure out which store carried my product, which I doubt if any does where I live. I have been able to find all the products I need without all the hassle of going shopping.
