A great computer I recommend everything work so good I use it for everything, And it also came fast

i bought the laptop in february, it was marked as refurbished and in excellent condition. it worked just fine for about a month or so, but i was having issues with the spacebar where it would double space every few times i clicked it. annoying, but i got used to it. well, here we are in May, only 2 1/2ish months from purchase and my laptop is stuck in a state of turning on and doing the welcome sound, and then the screening turning black and shutting off. then i press the power button again, if im lucky it’ll take me to the log in screen, and then it’ll shut off again. $500 for a computer that lasted me not even 3 months. where as my older model, which was also refurbished, lasted me 3 years. i am beyond upset at this waste of money. do NOT recommend.

Came in perfect condition! No cosmetic damage and no problems with functionality. Only downside is that it came with a charger that does not work. Contacted the seller and currently waiting for a response

I originally purchased an excellent condition 2019 MacBook Pro, but when I got it, it had a large dent on the front and multiple very large and noticeable scratches all over it. Now I know that these are refurbished but when I purchase something that is supposed to be in excellent condition, I would expect it to have minimal ware. I ended up sending it back and asking for a refund, and then purchased a 2018 MacBook through them instead. This one came in great condition with no visible wear. It runs great and I haven’t had any issues with it!

The laptop came with battery issues. Other than that everything works.

Battery life great, sound is great and really louder than my other 2022 MacBook Air which was very very surprising! , imaging great, looks brand new only has two dents on the side. I will be doing a full review on TikTok as well and I will be doing an update after a few months. Was nerves about the reviews but clearly you can’t judge a book by its cover ! Love it thanks !

A pesar de ser un producto renovado, funciona muy bien. Lo puedo usar para mis tareas más sencillas como para trabajos que exigen un nivel más alto como edición de fotos y video sin que se congele. Lo único malo es que físicamente el chasis vino con algunos golpes notables y la parte inferior de la pantalla por donde está el logo, tiene una fisura.

Let me just start off this review by stating that I understand that refurbished products do not come perfect. I've bought many before, like the current monitor I am using, and they always come in at least decent condition. This was the only time I've ever bought something refurbished on Amazon and had the quality be this poor. I am a college student and was looking for a laptop to purchase for my next semester, and it just really sucks because the shipping was almost $30 and I won't be getting that back. The laptop came with tons of dents and scratches, not only on the back, but also the front, apple logo, and corners. These dents were not small and unnoticeable; I saw them the moment I opened the box and that was even while it was covered with bubble wrap. Opening up the laptop resulted in an even worse condition as I saw the crust that had formed in between the crevices of the screen and keyboard. I found that revolting, especially since I could also see crumbs scattered beneath each key. The description states that it was supposedly cleaned and inspected, but the moment I opened up the laptop the most disgusting stench came out, proving that they didn't even care enough to open it up, or if they did, they did it haphazardly. At this point I'm just hoping for a full return since I still need another laptop to replace my other broken one. I read through the other reviews and would just like to mention that my seller was Refurbished Business Machines and the price was $730 at the time of purchase.

I ordered Macbook Pro from Eco friendly gadget market store during Prime sale, it exceeded my expectations in all manners, from timely delivery, great intact packing and nice neat and prestige condition of the Macbook. Battery life is great. A recommended seller.
