Installing this for a relative and it looks well made and ideal. It will be installed shortly when some preparitory work has been completed.

Bought this ladder to make it easier to access our loft space, good product for sure once fitted but trial and error to get the unfolded stair correct. That said you can’t expect any loft ladder to be just right for your ceiling height and this one allows for most situations. It’s really easy to open and close and is draught free when closed, storm Eunice a good test for that feature ! The opening in my ceiling had to be lengthened to accommodate the bigger trap but no big deal and widthways a perfect fit. Make sure you keep everything square and level and you can’t go wrong, we dismantled and removed the ladder to fit the frame but only 4 bolts to remove and re-fit, easy but 2 handed. Would recommend and would buy again. Sturdy in use and now my wife even ventured into the loft for storage , result !

Great price @around 155GBP. It's sturdy and is relatively easy to install (so my joiner said).If I had any complaint ut's just a little steeper than my last one although it's absolutely fine. THe handle is an essential addition to any loft ladder and this just makes it so easy to get access.

DJM direct are outstanding for customer service unfortunately the ladders were damaged on delivery but Chris helped to process collection and a full refund as I could not wait to have them replaced I would recommend this company highly .The product was exactly as ordered sturdy and a wooden design that could be stained or painted to suit your own taste and it was unfortunate that I had to buy and fit from somewhere else you can buy from this company with full confidence such a personal service thank you for all your assistance 🙏

Great ladder, makes going up into the loft so much easier. I no longer get the eye roll and sigh when I need anything from the loft. Free postage, what is there no to like. I have to say I got a chippy in on a Saturday to fit it and he didn’t moan at all so I can only think it wasn’t difficult to fix, I don’t think I would have let my hubby loose with it though!

Relative easy instructions to follow although we did go on YouTube. We started by fitting the frame followed by the hatch lid and finally the ladder. The springs were the hardest part to fit. Let down by the lid not being flush with the frame because of the rubber seal and an eye in the hatch the allow it to be pulled down which isn’t shown in the product photos.

I previously posted a negative comment about a faulty item I purchased from DJM. I now wish to take that comment back as my complaint was dealt with very efficiently and effectively by DJM. It is very reassuring to know that a company has such a great after sales service should the occasional difficulty arise. I am fully satisfied with the outcome and would recommend DJM as a reliable company to purchase from.
