Seem to be solid links. It is pretty solid for frequent wearing, but should be taken off before bed and before heavy work. The link at the clasp, on my bracelet, pulled away from clasp in two places. I wore it constantly unfortunately.

I’m trying to have it shortened, I guess I have to contact the seller to find out. I suggest you do the same.
