Proceed with Caution Keto Friends!!
I am Keto since Feb 2019. I can say that you will stay in Ketosis as long as you figure these into your macros. Same thing with any other food-as long as you don't go over your net carbs each day, you are Keto. I say this, because I know. I have lost 80 lbs since February and have had some serious snack attacks with these Smart Sweets. But please, take warning and be thoughtful before you indulge in these. If you know you had an issue with sweets pre-keto, and you notice bags of "empties" in your wastebasket, you are going to have a big problem. These are not an unlimited item. The problems are not limited to extremely slow weight loss. I have binged on these on several occasions and there is severe (not moderate) gas that will accompany any binge. You WILL pay for it if you eat too many. Give yourself a 2 bag max and do it ONLY if your macros will permit it. This means, if you eat two bags of these, you may only have 14 net carbs for the rest of the day. These also can mess up your blood sugar if you are extremely resistant. If you have had T2 diabetes, please just don't even try them. It's not worth it. The good news is, they are 3-5 bucks for a tiny bag, so that financial incentive along with your Guideline might be just enough to keep you from overindulging. Me? Not so much. I am probably going to be making my own gummies henceforth. Because I want more than 12 in a sitting and they are fairly easy to make at home. For economy, I order 12 bags at a time. This is not good, because I can't have bags of these around. I will eat them all. My baby girl loves the fish ones, but these Peach ones are my sister's favorite. They are so good. The ones in the pink bag are my favorite. I am not a huge fan of the powder coating over these. But the peach flavor is intense and delicious. I gave these five stars because of the innovation behind these treats. I think it is wonderful that people care enough to produce something with less sugar. But, you must eat these with caution, and for me, I probably need to stop ordering them. I get a nasty email at work and go straight for the smart sweets. NOT GOOD. But, they are great if you have a militant little consumption monitor (ie, baby daughter) around that will hide them from you and keeps tabs on your food intake. In short, I love Keto because it doesn't require me to watch so much Because if you do Keto right you are rarely if ever very hungry. Thus, I will probably not be renewing my subscription. If the inventor of these comes up with a zero carb option, however, I will be back!

Best Peach Gummies Out There!
THE SKINNY: this brand of candy (and this particular flavor) are bar none, THEE best tasting low-sugar candies on the market. In fact, they’re better than even their traditional counterpart. Strong peach flavor, chewy, and only 3g of sugar. FULL REVIEW: I’m a candy-eating byproduct of the eighties, and at one point fashioned myself a bit of a candy connoisseur (sad, but...). When it comes to PEACH, you’ve got a few options: Peach Rings by Trolli, Haribo Peaches (which is actually what you were eating if you were buying peach slices from Sweet Factory), and those off-brand knock-offs in gas stations. These are a sort of hybrid between the Haribo and the Trolli. TEXTURE is chewy—thankfully a little less gummy than Trolli. TASTE is similar to both — Trolli peach rings would taste like an overly sweetened version of these. They’re perfect! LOW SUGAR AND GLUTEN-FREE: There are only 3 grams of sugar in the entire bag (that’s the same amount of sugar in 2 Sour Patch Kids or about 1 Starburst). Growing up, the only negative side of eating too much sugar was having to get my cavities filled. Of course, now that I’m reaping the rewards of several decades of sugar addiction I’m desperately trying to kick candy and sugar altogether. These really help. Gluten-free, confirmed by my digestive tract—the most hyper-sensitive of gluten encounters :/

Delicious and very satisfying!
My favorite refined sugar-free candy! It's made with allulose rather than sucrose (table sugar) and it has a nice chewy texture, more firm than normal peach rings, but I actually prefer the texture of this to the normal candy. The flavor is not the same (obviously) but still delicious with very little aftertaste. My family really enjoys them.

These taste great but too $$$
My son loves these. I gave 4 stars because of price.

Waste of money
Absolute rip-off and waste of money. Some bags only came with 8 pieces in them, which means I’m paying 35 cents per piece! Every pack I get tastes different, has a different texture or different levels of sour. Some packs had too much starch on them and taste bitter and had to be rinsed off before eating. Disgusting. I kept giving these a try because the first pack I had was good, but the last few I purchased, including these were terrible. And what is this nasty chunk that was in one of the bags?! Gross! And they’re so expensive. Never buying these again. UPDATE****** I tried them again and they are completely different than the first box. The texture was a lot firmer, there was hardly any bitter powder on them and they were all stuck together in one big chunk in each bag. I give up on these. So expensive and bad candy.

Healthy candy? 3g sugar- half your daily fiber?! Yes!
I didn’t leave much out of the title, but the pros and cons Con: it’s extremely expensive for candy. This isn’t just expensive on Amazon- it’s everywhere. I think this is the leafy expensive I’ve seen lately (Walgreens had these for 5.99/ bag 🙄) Pro: nutritionally this isn’t just a guilt free treat, the fiber content is amazing. Atkins and keto diets are not going to work, but 1.8 ounces of candy is a lot. I don’t even eat the whole bag in 1 sitting (I’m like sugar-aholic that can’t stop with sugar once I had some. Splenda even makes me crave sweets.) If I took my blood sugar, I truly believe it would stay more stable eating this CANDY than eating white bread. I don’t have that sweaty feeling from sugar or a crash. Consistency is similar to a soft chew instead of a classic gummy bear. I have no idea if these are terrible for your teeth though. They have a watermelon chew, Swedish fish- (I personally really didn’t like those. Due to the fact they are more costly, I’d recommend trying them from a single bag purchase at a store before hand to see what you like.) I love the “sour patch kids” knock offs flavor and the peach rings. Almost forgot/ my 3 year old and 6 year old LOVE them. I bought a box of cookies, a box of cheese its, and welchrs fruit snacks- and all they wanted were my peach rings! I’m still unsure if that’s a pro or con in my case, but if you were wondering if kids likd them- my 6 year old won’t eat ANY fruits, vegetables- even fruit juice. It’s like buttered noodles. SHE EVEN LIKES THESE! So if you’re more generous with your sugar free candy than me, then I can’t imagine a child more picky than 1 of my daughters, so I’m going to say this is a safe bet.

The best thing since 'regular' candy
TL;DR - These are amazing and I recommend them to anyone trying to kick their sugar habit. Warning though, they do have a ton of carbs, so if you're tracking your macronutrients, these will eat up a significant portion of your daily carbs without many calories. ALSO, these do not irritate the stomach/bowels like other "sugar free" candies do. Long Version: I was skeptical at first about these, and I originally got them because I'm a huge sweets person, but I made a lifestyle change to cut out unnecessary sugars from my diet. It was difficult, but then the holidays came and I really wanted something > enter in SmartSweets. I did a LOT of research on stevia - the main sweetener in the SmartSweets candies - from medical journals to research articles and all in all the results came out more positive than negative, so I went with it. My main concern was insulin spikes, which from the research seemed to be nearly nonexistent when compared to the intake of regular sugar and other sugar substitutes like Splenda and Equal. All-in-all, I expanded to the sour-buddies ones and my husband and I will enjoy a bag each whenever we have a movie night. The perfect sweet treat to curb the cravings without the guilt!

New formula is weird
It seems like they changed something to make it almost fluffy rather than gummy, and the whole experience of eating these took a hit as a result. Flavor is off, texture is odd, and now it feels nothing like eating actual peach rings. I hope the other varieties aren't similarly messed up by this change.
