I loved this... but it only lasted about a week before it unraveled and was about to fall off. Thankfully, it was only one side so I didnt lose my grandma. I can say the bracelet is beautiful and is nice quality. The coming undone... would be because of it just being tied and not secured with an adhesive of some kind to make sure the knots came undone..the rope used is of a silky kind so it will easily come undone no matter how many times you try to retie and fix it unless you use something like superglue.. (messy and not the best looking solution, or hot glue.. peels away..)

Bought for the second time because the first one never arrived but this one with just ONE WEEK of use it came undone. So! Thanks a lot for the waste of money and stress! I don't have my mom's ashes!

I love the Heart on here and you can add 1 wording on the top engraved.This is all sterling silver for the Heart. The bracelet i think is not meant to be worn.So all the people saying it ended up tearing im not sure HOW it was worn unlessthey showered or went swimming with bracelet on.The Customer Service is A++++ with super fast shipment. Good pick!

This is my keepsake of my Aunt Gladys. It's beautiful and always looks great. I get compliments. I will warn you that the adjustable black rope will untie itself and unless you know the type of slipknot it is you can't fix it. I suggest if this happens to you, buy some suede rope and research some pretty slipknots online.

Really like this bracelet but.....it has already come apart! Where the rope connects to the heart came unraveled. I had to tie it myself but it's not going to last.

One without fill kit. Since I ordered 2, no problem. It doesn't hold much but length of bracelet fits well. You can adjust by pressing your wrist against surface and pulling on rope. And they refunded my money for the one without a fill kit!!!!

Absolutely love this! Quality made, just perfect! Everyone that has seen this wants one. Made my own bracelet, the one it came with was a little bulky for my boney wrist.

Loved it until the fancy knot came undone. Came undone when I was putting it on, probably 4th or 5th time. I cannot tie a fancy slip knot like that. 🙁

Trop cher pour ce que c'est, surtout la corde qui forme le bracelet. La circonférence est trop grande et il est très difficile à mettre seul. Dommage, car il est beau...

Does not stay together, bracelet keeps coming apart. Does not stay tied.
