It lights, but no bugs so far
No bugs so far. But, it does light up at dark, you can switch between blue and white lights. Going back to the bug setting, the blue light is a dark blue color. We have a Different bug light with a brighter, lighter blue color, that does kill bugs. It runs on an AC rechargeable battery. This is also rechargeable, but by sunlight. We'll experiment by moving this solar light to a different area that's darker. But, these are not waterproof, so the location needs to be dry.

I still have lots of mosquitos, but I only have one sensor. So that really mean much. The shipping and company were great.

Worked for me
2 weeks camping by a muddy river, and I used the bug zapper option. The purple light was easy to see to avoid tripping over tent stakes without hurting my night vision or disrupting my sleep. Had fewer bug bites than expected, and the light was covered in dead mosquito bodies.

Huge disappointment
Fragile, weak power… I purchased only one to test it out and found it to be very disappointing. The zapper light is incredibly weak.

Did not work as expected
The bug zapper did not work and the lights did not stay on long even though they had direct sunlight all day.

Made it 3 months
This is not a good product at all, we live in Florida and this did not hold up.
