PolycomVVX 350 OBI Edition IP Phone - Power Supply Not Included

Sound quality is good. My low rating comes from the fact that the phone came with an Admin passcode in it set by someone else and I can’t unlock the damn phone to use any admin feature. So frustrating. I didn’t realize it was locked until it was too late to return and now, other than straight answering the phone. Everything else is useless without the code. It’s an expensive phone for not being able to have it forward when we are out of the office or using any basic feature.So to say I’m annoyed is an understatement

Bought for Google Voice. Works great. Wish the company directory synced up. Also, the hot keys you have to enter everyone's number. No need to answer VM which to me is a plus.Not that many video reviews online for this.Wifi add on is great!Saved us 6k a year over Comcast BVE!

I purchased this phone for a client. Setting it up with FreePBX was a bit challenging, but in the end we got a very nice phone system for handling calls in a small business.
