Review: One of my favorite baking weapons! - I love these praline grains. The surprising crunchy texture and tasty sweet hazelnut compliments my desserts well! I have used them to edge ganache of my sablé chocolate sandwiches, topped chocolate creations, and rolled over tempered ganache for rochers. It’s a rare finishing touch to desserts. Note that the praline grains I received expire August 2023 but I had a bag vacuum sealed in my freezer for about four years. I remove what amount I want and reseal it. It still tasted fresh and delicious! Review: Short shelf life - I received the product 1 week before expiration date.
