Beansmith Coffee - Colombia Popayan Tierradentro - Caramelized Apple, Toasted Walnut, Velvety This coffee is produced by a significant group of indigenous people, comprised of 8 tribes. 400 farms over 2000 hectares is the home to over 1400 indigenous people whom all rely in some way upon the production of their coffee. The coffee farms here are intermixed amongst forests of plantains, avocados, mangoes and guayaba.
