In general highly recommended product, I've used it several times to tow a couple U-haul enclosed trailers, and a medium (15 ft) sized open utility trailer once. No issues, pulls like a champ.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------I purchased this product on 4/29, noticed that there was a $25 off coupon on the item on 5/3 but when I contacted amazon support about it they offered no form of support period. I've never had an issue with Amazon support but never really had to use them either, I am seriously annoyed and considering returning the product and going to the local box store. At least the local box store would have just returned it and resold it at the discounted price.Here was Amazon supports exact response:"With the exception of TVs, Amazon.com doesn't offer post-purchase adjustments.So we would not be able to honor price post order."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was the best price I could find. Installed it on 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The install was pretty simple; it took all of 15-20 mins to install. I highly recommend taping the washers in place just remember the tape adds to the thickness of the washer. This was only an issue on one of the 4 sets for me.Paired this with the Reese Towpower 21536 Towing 2" Starter Kit, for the ball. The spare tire took some wiggling to get it back up in place. Also the fit of the receiver is very tight with the bumper snapped back in place but as you can see my bumper had a recent scuffle with another bumper so this may not be an issue for anyone else.

Great product sturdy. Well built. Easy installation. Used weekly highly recommend this product.

Installed on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Only took about 15 minutes once I figured out how to lower my spare tire <grin>. Now I know where the crank is to lower the spare!Appears to be very sturdy and tucks in under the rear valance nicely.

Super durable but, on my goodness gracious this thing was the biggest pain. I needed the washers on and the far left "if looking at the back of my jeep" wouldn't fit with washer. Took hours and hours just for the one hole to line up. You'd assume I bought the wrong one or my jeep had been in an accident before and had a bent frame " it has not, and is not".However the value is awesome and if needed, if probably buy again.

Was half the price of any other tow hitch I priced. It took about 20 minutes to install and it arrived earlier than expected.

Awesome reciever. It was just what I needed. It was very simple to assemble and only took me 15 minutes to put on by myself. Would of been even faster but the washers were a little tricky to keep in place while bolting on. Try a bit of scotch tape, worked for me.

We have a Grand Cherokee 2011. The plastic bumper looked like it was so low that a hitch would be impossible to install- but this hitch fits PERFECTLY without having to cut into any plastic.
