Do not purchase these tires
I am disabled and bought these tires. They do not with a hand rim ( The outer rim you need to turn the tires and brAKE) I was unable to find a seven spoke rim anywhere on the web. WITHOUT A HAND RIM YOU RUN THE RISK OF BADLY INJURING YOUR HAND...IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THEASE TIRES COMPLAIN TO AMAZON TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

No Hand Rails on the wheels
Order these for my dad's wheelchair and didn't realize that the hand rails for the wheels were not attached. Makes it difficult for my dad to turn the wheels but he gets around ok.
