small cards
I pictured these would be full-sized cards. They are not. They are small plastic cards, so you can't really shuffle them. My son and I just lay them upside down on the table and mix them up like dominoes. That being said, this makes them very high quality! Strange game, but my 15-year old son enjoys it and likes that I do not know how to play yet. Comes in a tiny travel case. Would be great to take on a trip. A bit overpriced, but certainly an unusual item.

The company was very kind and sent a very useful message explaining their product when I ordered. The instructions are in Japanese but that isn't a big issue since I've been learning how to play the games online the last few weeks anyways. The cards are much smaller than expected. They aren't like normal playing cards, they just about a quarter in size and made from some kind of plastic which is nice. It comes with a very nice but simple case to store the cards in and the art on each card is great.

Fan du Japon, j ai été surpris de voir que ce jeux venais de chez Nintendo... La qualité est parfaite les cartes sont rigides et de bonne facture. Le tout dans un petit boîtier simple à emmener partout, et en simplifiant un peu les règles, mon fils de 5 ans adore les belles cartes avec les fleurs...

Ya que no he visto muchas reseñas en español o con fotos, aquí dejo mi opinión. Es una excelente compra si quieres jugar koi koi o si sólo quieres las cartas para colección :D Viene muy bien empacado y las tarjetas vienen en una cajita dentro de la cajita plástica. Es bastante pequeña, ya que las cartas no son como los naipes de las barajas inglesas o españolas. Sin duda es un juego bastante portátil. Las cartas son pequeñas y están hechas de algún tipo de cartón grueso, pero tienen un buen acabado que resiste muy bien a barajeadores de manos pesadas. Es importante notar que no se pueden barajear como naipes regulares, pero eso no es problema a la hora de revolverlas para jugar. Tiene dos instructivos en japonés de cómo jugar koi koi y un juego más, aunque en mi experiencia es más fácil encontrar videos explicando las reglas en YouTube. Los instructivos incluidos me han servido más como referencia y recordatorio de los diferentes Yaku que se pueden formar en koi koi. No sé cómo estén las otras variedades de Nintendo pero por lo menos este Tengu Red es precioso y práctico. Lo recomiendo bastante :D
