Damaged, flimsy, only one cool block!
Item arrived in a single layer of Polythene to protect in transit with a label attached to it. The cool box is extremely scuffed and fail to see how anyone would class a plastic bag as sufficient packaging to prevent scuffs and damage to such an item.Went for the option with the ice blocks and only one sent, when images all show two and mentions them as a plural in the listing, so would expect to receive two!Handle extremely flimsy, wouldn’t dare put much weight in it and it’s literally just a plastic box and doesn’t look at all well insulated. Very poor quality all round.Arrived last night and opened as I’ve gone to pack it. If I wasn’t going away today and needed it with no time to replace, I’d 100% be returning for a full refund.
