CTF Black Glutinous Rice, 5 Pound

The rice tastes amazing. Best I've ever had. The packaging is deplorable. I've orded this a few times, and each time the bag was broken inside an envelope, with spilled rice in it. C'mon! For 15 bucks shipping or whatever you charge, at least get the packaging right. I'd have given it five stars if the packaging wasn't pathetic.

Love the rice... The box it came in however, was a complete disaster, not to mention there was only 2 pounds instead of the promised 5. I have been ordering products through and from Amazon for more than 5 years, and this is the first time I have had quite this experience. Very disappointed.

I love this rice! I have used it many times to make mango with black sticky rice. When used/cooked correctly it has a wonderful and nutty taste, with just a tiny bit of bite (kinda like al dente pasta). Also, if you have never made black glutinous rice before, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! This is not normal rice, or even white glutinous rice, so it takes a bit of experience to get it just right, but when you do, it's heavenly!

We love it presoak it for couple of hours and its delicious cooked in coconut milk! Arrived earlier than expected.

This rice is the healthiest rice for your body. The flavor is nutty and crunchy. It is loaded with many vitamins and minerals..much more than you would nreceive with brown rice. Wish it was also in long grain.
