I’m not a fan of large comforters. In Florida in spite of AC I am burning up. This blanket stays cool and I sleep well. Getting my dog to sleep in his bed is my challenge lol

I got this blanket because I was wanting something lightweight for the warmer summer nights. This got great reviews and I couldn’t beat the price. I was just amazed at the softness, and still am...even though it’s been washed numerous times. It is very lightweight, yet it still keeps me warm enough. It also allows good air flow though the blanket without making you cold. It also washes very well and easily. I got an impressive amount of fuzz in the dryer vent screen the first time I washed it, but that’s to be expected. It’s gokd quality and does not pill, unlike what some reviewers post here. I first got the ivory one, then I purchased the green one. That one is also just as amazing. It had a little more pilling around the edges, but it was easy to clean up. Hardly enough to have any ill feelings about it. Anyways, these are all around great blankets and I highly recommend them!

Loved it BUT i went against tag recommendations and threw in the dryer on delicate. What a problem that caused! All over both sides were tiny pieces of the fabric that shed. It was a mess! It took lint rolling both sides, picking and then using a bristle brush ( best solution) to remove the mess. If I hadn’t then it would have forever been shedding on sheets and the bedspread. It’s navy so it would have been a problem on my white sheets. I thought a dryer would fluff it back up again so if hanging it to dry next time works...great. If not ill just spend more money on another better blanket.

Based on several reviews, I anticipated a "smell" when opening the box. Sure there was an odor (it wasn't *that* bad), but what brand-new item DOESN'T have some sort of smell?? Straight away it was super soft as many attested to - but would it last?I immediately tossed it in the laundry. {{NOTE: Because of my ultra sensitive skin, I use Tide Free & Gentle Laundry Detergent and NO fabric softener.}} Fresh out of the dryer, it actually felt softer/fluffier than before washing. And the odor issue - nonexistent. Again, without any fragrance or masking fragrance in my laundry products, I would have definitely been able to tell if one had lingered. I've washed it a few times, and it's holding up well, both in feel and in shape. The trim is sewed on well, so no problem there either.I can only use 100% cotton sheets and blankets (easy on the skin but NOT warm at all when the New England weather changes), so mine's used atop the sheets and blanket - it is super light yet QUITE warm and cozy. I have a king, and it is generously and wonderfully oversized in length and width - great if you have a deep mattress (I have a Tempur-Pedic Cloud) or a spouse who's a covers hog LOL I will likely order several twins to cover the dogs' beds this winter.

THIS BLANKET IS MY #1 FAVORITE AND I'M A BLANKIE LOVER AND COLLECTOR! I've probably been gifted at least 20 and bought myself over 35 , ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS, in the LAST 6 YEARS ALONEI actually bought 2 of these because THE PRICE WAS TOO GOOD TO PASS UP! Now it's a daily struggle with my hubby and 5 year old, THEY ARE STEALING THEM FROM ME 24/7 LOLThey are unbelievably soft, even after 3 washes, the color and size are exactly as described and even though I live in south Florida they keep me warm in the house when the hubby keeps the a/c at 60 degrees....But still lightweight enough that I don't sweat when it's 98 degrees outside! It's seriously a magical blanketIF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT BLANKET, STOP AND BUY THIS IMMEDIATELYYOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!I'm actually buying 2 more right now for my older kids!

Wowzers! I just got my blanket and after pulling it out of its packaging, I was in love! This is the softest blanket I think I have ever felt... I took it into my laundry room and immediately put it in my washer... after drying, my lint trap was completely full of the micro fuzz that all products like this produce upon its first washing and drying.... Not only is my new blanket smelling completely wonderful, it is also so luxuriously SOFT... I got this blanket for my daughter who has touch and texture issues... she loves it! I loved it so much that I ordered a second one for MYSELF!!! At basically half off of its regular price, I had no problem paying for a second one... I’d even have gone and ordered 2 more for a total of three, but the seller would only take one order per person... I had to order the second blanket under my husband's account! I will update in a couple of months about well it holds up... but for now, this blanket is a definite winner!

Just bought two of these so this is an early review. They're soft and the quality seems good. I washed them and though the instructions state to "hang" them to dry, I put them in the dryer on "cool/no heat" setting and they came out fine. If anything changes, I'll update.UPDATE! So since I have TWO, thought I'd try an experiment. Washed it again in WARM water and dried it on WARM setting. OMG! DON'T DO IT!!. There was fluff and little soft balls all over it. It took an 1.5 hour to lint roll, pick and remove all that fluff. It's still usable. Lesson learned! Just follow the instructions, cold, no heat!

I’m very happy to have found this lite weight mink style blanket. It’s very well made and the trim around the blanket is sewn on very well. That’s important to me because so many blankets the trim becomes unraveled and becomes a pain in the butt to repair. This blanket is extremely soft and it keeps me very comfortable when I sleep. I’m very glad to have found this blanket. I have some Korean mink blankets that my Father bought in Korea and they have become so heavy for me nowadays. They weigh about 15lbs. I definitely recommend this blanket. As for washing this type of blanket so it will last use cold wash and don’t put it in a dryer. Let it air dry naturally.

I ordered the grey blanket and received a blue one. Blue was not even an option in the order menu. I believe this is a fault product.

My wife brought this to cover a chair so the dog can lay on it . She loves it and say woof woof which I thinks means thankyouI dont like the dog there are slabs outside if she wants to lay downKidding ha ha

Blanket is great. I found the sizing hard and bought to big ha ha it’s enormous but perfect for the bed. Not to thick but still great for the price. Washed beautiful and no bits in the dryer.

The quality of this blanket is amazing. It is soft and fluffy yest a really good weight. The edges are beautifully finished.It really is lovely. Well worth the price.
