Poor Quality
Not worth the cost. One year and a month after purchasing, just stopped working. Contacted seller who couldn't help but suggested contact with maker. No reply from maker to several calls and email.

Awesome item.
Do not buy a cheap knock off. This item is heavy, and the extra weight means it does not sound like a chainsaw while using it. While there are those who have had a bad experience with this item, I cannot imagine they have the same item. Please understand. I am a man. I do not use this for the purpose many women buy it for. It works wonders for a back ache. And I cannot imagine it would not work wonders for a woman too. Bear in mind that Hitachi made the original. But Hitachi sold the product line to this company. It is the same hardware. I did not dismantle mine, but others have. If this was a cheap knock off, these reviews would be flooded with complaints. Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.

not as good as the ones from years ago
it start out working great but product gets really hot , now it is sounding different have a total of maybe 4 hrs use on it . This product isnt made as well as the ones from 20 years ago that one never got hot

Broken in 5 months.
The motor shaft became disconnected from the head. It's unrepairable. It's on the trash and I'm back to the old one that is 15 years old that this one was supposed to replace.
