The cleaner works great and works as described. I have noticed a much cleaner, clearer mouth guard after usingt teh iSonic F3900 clearner. I use a Polident retainer cleaner tab that augments the iSonic's cleaning capability . This is a great item for personal hygiene at a reasonable cost.

The previous version of this was rock solid and worked for 7 years until finally the button stopped functioning. I bought the new version of the same model but it already gave out after just 1 year of use. The button lights up but there is no sound or cleaning action. Update: I reached out to the company and they promptly sent me a new one. Hopefully this one last more than a year. Great customer service!

I was worried about the noise level, but it's not that noisy after all (it's quieter than my fridge!) I'm using it twice a week to clean my nightguard, and it seems to work well to remove the mineral deposits.

I used this product for six (6) months after purchase and everything was going smoothly until about a week ago when I plugged it in and after about 15 seconds the machine short-circuited and there was a burning smell. I quickly unplugged the device and inspected it to see if water was on the cord or plug and confirmed that it was as dry as a bone. I then followed up with Amazon to see if any other people had such issues and found out that the product was defective. Amazon provide me with the manufacturer's phone number and email (Phone: (847) 850-0404 Email: [email protected]) and I followed up with them directly. Right away I was met with hostility, which was alarming because I actually really liked the product and notice that it did make a difference in cleaning my MRD that I use for sleep apnea. Nevertheless, I informed them that I just want to replace the product for another as this model is obviously defective; the gentleman on the phone became argumentative and said that there's no way that the product is defective. Rather than argue with him I asked if I could just ship the product to them so they can inspect it. The representative on the phone told me that I would have to pay for the shipping to the manufacturer. As I'm an Amazon Prime member and am accustomed to Amazon providing pre-paid shipping labels for product returns I asked if the manufacturer would be doing the same. The representative's response was a vociferous "No." I then asked why the policy is different than Amazon's and he said that I should talk to Amazon about it and he then swiftly hung up on me. I've never had such terrible service in my entire life and I will never make any purchases from this manufacturer ever again.

Probably one of my favorite and most used products I’ve ever purchased. I know this is a late review, but I’ve had it for several years now and still use it regularly for my Invisalign retainers. It works exactly as expected and has held up really well over time. The first time I used it, I was honestly shocked at how much buildup it removed. I thought my retainers were already clean, but this showed me otherwise. Since then, it’s become part of my routine and keeps everything feeling fresh. Super easy to use, reliable, and definitely worth it if you wear retainers or any similar dental appliances.

We've been using the ISonic for years. I looked back at my order history and apparently I have had this one since 2018 (and this is my 2nd purchase), AND IT STILL WORKS GREAT ! We use it every morning. It fits 3 Invisilign/Vivera retainers and a night guard perfectly. We also buy the Retainer Brite tablets and put one or two in with the water. Not sure why there are bad reviews. We have not had a problem. After some time the retainers do still yellow a bit (but not as quickly as just brushing for sure), but you should replace Vivera retainers every 6-12 months anyway as they start to lose their shape, or wear down and get thinner (we try to wait a year, these darn things are expensive). Those of you who use the Vivera retainers, do you notice how tight the new ones are when you switch, and it is hard to set them on your teeth the first couple of times? That is because they loosen over time. You need to replace your retainers when they loosen or they are not keeping your teeth straight. With that said, this device keeps my retainers and bite guard looking as good as possible until it is time to replace them. I replace my nightguard every 2-3 years, or when my dentist says they are worn down (I am a serious grinder!). Insurance covers every 3 years. This device keeps the night guard in good shape until it needs to be replaced. I came back to Amazon to buy another as I wonder if the ultrasonic cavitation reduces over time. I looked at other brands, but I don't see a reason to switch. Not many electronic products last 8 years!
