For the price and functionality (combo lock from both sides) this is the best deal I have found. To set the combination, you need to remove the back plate, by removing two philips screws. The instructions indicate that you should remove all pieces and insert for the combo. You really only need to change those that are different. The springs are a bit of a pain to get back together. I turn the knob a little, which locks in the inserts in place. This allows you to put the lock into the back plate with springs. It still took a try or two to get all springs level. The only other weird thing is that the handle is as small as it looks and turns. It was small enough that I thought maybe you pulled it. Edit: Warning to someone buying this to put into a door that already has a standard knob. THIS WILL NOT COVER THE HOLE. It also does not ship with a big enough rubber backer to cover the hole. This would be a fairly cheap addition. I needed to design and 3D print a cover for this.

This product has no easy way to reach the seller. I read the instructions three times with my glasses on. I had to return because I gave up. It is very sturdy and well built. Again, no customer service, so it is going back. For $89.00, I expect the ability to easily communicate with the seller.

Well-made looks great. Relatively easy to use. Install can be challenging for some folks. Word of advice is take your time, read the instructions, Make sure you understand how it functions. I used some CLP lubricant. Do not overly tighten screws.

The fastening bolts do not screw into the panel threads, making the entire fixture unusable. Its not even a close fit, the screw doesnt touch the threads, just slides right end. Huge qc issue there. I don't recommend others take a chance with this product.

The dual combination lock installed fine. Initially for first few weeks it worked well - as intended. Now on one side of the combination access, the buttons have become so hard to depress that they make your fingers sore. Plus on the malfunctioning side, you have to push the clear button each time you put in the combination, whereas the others side does not require that, and still works the same as always. I am very dissatisfied with the malfunctioning side of the lock and would like to have a replacement. I am still interested in keeping the lock if it can be restored to work well on both sides. It would be nice, if available, to purchased a larger handle to fit right over the little nub of a handle that comes with it, or to install in place of the smaller handle. The lock arrived on time and was no problem to install. My problem is only with it's mal-functioning.
