Can this be used to bring in a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2?

I also own the Scarlett Solo and connected it to my iPad Pro 2020, via the HyperDrive Hub. The Scarlett lit up, mic worked, as did the headsets. Problem was, there are no settings that will allow the audio to actually interface. I checked the the Ipad's camera and Facetime and found nothing that worked. Possibly, there's a workaround that I'm not aware of.

The hub is not reading anything. When I insert a an sd card or flash drive all that comes up is my photo library. Any thoughts?

It will only read photo at the moment, because of iOS limitation. With iPadOS 13 which is coming soon, it will be able to read your files.
