I wanted this palette for years but didn't want to shell out the money for yet another eye shadow palette that I feared might be just a lot of hype. I am so glad I purchased this product! First of all, the price here on Amazon is much less than I've seen anywhere else, and with Amazon Prime shipping, it made the purchase even more justifiable. The formula of the colors in this palette are possibly the best I have ever tried, which is saying a lot considering I own more palettes than I care to admit! The formula is smooth, buttery, and extremely pigmented--so pigmented,in fact, that you barely dip your brush into the pan and it is enough to do an entire look. The colors might be initially intimidating to some, considering they are primarily shades of red, but let me assure you, I have used this palette on many skin tones and it looks amazing on them all. Even though this color works with any eye color, if you have green or hazel eyes, this palette is to die for! (If you look at the color wheel, red is the opposite of green, and therefore, will make your eyes "pop" like you can't imagine!) The only color that isn't 100% amazing is "Shell," which is the least pigmented of the palette; but this could be due to the fact that I am extremely fair skinned and run into this problem frequently with many colors in this type of shade. The formula of this color also seems to be a tiny bit chalky, but not so much that I experience fall out or anything like that. Secondly, if you have very fair skin, you may not find a transition color in this palette--there is the color "Divine," which is a cool-toned taupe/brown color, but for me, (for reference I wear NW15 in MAC,) this color is too dark for me to use as a transition shade, and I have to reach for a lighter brown from other palettes, but this isn't really a big deal to me. Red is one of those colors that can be warm or cool, depending upon the particular shade, and this palette has warm tones and cool ones. I do find, however; that it leans more towards the cool side. Lastly I will say that the packaging is a very durable cardboard; not flimsy and cheap feeling. I have thrown this in my bag many times and its the shadows have never broken. I also have to mention the artwork on this palette is stunning, The picture of "Venus" on the front is something that looks like it came from the 18th century, not cartoonish or cheap whatsoever. I have received so many compliments when I have worn this palette--I highly recommend it!

I had been eyeing this particular palette for quite some time now, and in all honesty the only reason why I didnt was because my paychecks seem to disappear by the day after payday lol. Its usually not common for me to buy makeup online, i am the type of person who needs to see and be able to feel it in person, and this wasnt available at any store near me (not sure if they are only online or not).I would like to go back in time and kick my past self in the teeth for not ordering this a loooooong time ago because it is AMAAAAAZING! The pigmentation is unreal, they blend beautifully, and if i could choose any pre-made palette to reflect my personal style it would undoubtedly be this one!Also I would like to add that this companies customer service has already impressed me greatly, if I ever order something on Amazon the only kind of email I would get from Amazon or the company itself- would just be tracking information, they managed to take the time to send me an email simply thanking me for purchasing their product and letting me know their information if I have any issues come up with it. I myself work in customer service so it really impressed me greatly that they will go above and beyond most of their peers to make sure their customers are truly happy with their purchase.I would (and will) recommend this brand to everyone and anyone who will listen!😊 can't wait to try more of their makeup!!💖❤💛💚💙💜💄

I really enjoy this palette! The packaging is absolutely beautiful and most of the shades are smooth and easy to blend with minimal fallout, with the exception of "Muse". "Muse" is a beautiful color and easy to blend when applied with a light hand and a blending brush. However, when trying to place the shadow with a smaller brush and blend in a more precise manner, it is very difficult and takes a lot of elbow grease. These shadows don't fade throughout the day so that's a plus! I do wish the shimmery/metallic shades were a little more foil like as they are a little chalky, but they still apply well, especially on a damp brush. The color range is stunning and you can create a lot more unique looks than you would think with only eight shades. I've had this palette for about a year and though I have other palettes with similar shades, I do still reach for this one, and use it on a semi-frequent basis. I definitely feel that this palette is worth the price, even with it's few shortcomings, however if you have other warm palettes, such as Modern Renaissance, it may not be a must-buy for you.

I've been wanting this pallet for year's, I finally obtained it. I where it on the regular now. Works great with or without primer or dase. Holds all day, I have had to touch up after 8hr of wear no primer due to my oily complexion. Very pigmented so go light at first, definitely not a product that needs to be built up, just a little bit of this is enough. May blend better if base shadow is applied first. I love the colors, by far it's a great grunge pallet very versatile.
