78" X 28" Rayon from Bamboo Soft Solid Pashmina Feel Shawl/Wrap/Stole

I wanted something that was not shear, a bit warm, but not too heavy. Will be bringing this to a wedding. Soft and a beautiful fabric with a hint of pattern.

My last shawl was a 100% black cashmere one from the Pashmina store. Had it for several years before losing it on a cruise ship and never replaced it although I wore it most everywhere. Well, I now have a wedding to attend this weekend and I needed a shawl fast to cover my shoulders during the ceremony. I was a bit wary about purchasing anything less then what I had owned before and knowing that it would get a lot of use from me, it was a really tough decision not to splurge on a new cashmere wrap - however - I'm really satisfied with my decision to go with this wrap instead (I needed the extra $$$ for an appropriate wedding gift!)For the price, this is a very nice wrap indeed. I think some of the complaints about it being threadbare must either be the result of a defective product having been received or perhaps a bit of exaggeration. For sure, this is a thin scarf but it possesses a nice weight and beautiful drape. Some light will pass through the material if held up to the light but wrapped around your shoulders it is very much opaque. The fabric has a slight sheen to it, much like you would expect to see in a silk blend, which makes this a bit more appropriate for formal wear. I did not note any quality control issues; no holes, tears, snags or unevenness. In a pinch, I feel this was an excellent buy and when I do get around to replacing my old cashmere wrap, I'll still keep this one in my wardrobe for formal wear (again, the slight sheen and nice drape makes it more appropriate in this regard) and for sharing with friends.

I ordered 2 of these (one blue and one black) to take on a European cruise in April of this year. They are beautiful and very very soft. I would not have minded if they had been just a little bit bigger so when worn as a shawl (as opposed to just wearing around my neck) they would have covered me just a little more. It really is a generous size in the length, it is just the width I would have liked a little wider so that it covered my arms a little more. This of course would be different on everyone depending on your height and upper body size. (I am 5'6 and wear XL blouses / shirts, if that helps you). Wanting it wider is simply my preference. You really can not go wrong in buying this item. Is it like cashmere? No, of course not, but for the price you will be getting a very lovely (and versatile) shawl, so you may want to get more than one color. Guess I should mention that I actually have not got to wear it yet (sadly, we had to cancel our cruise due to some health concerns for my hubby..maybe next year!), so not totally sure how it will be in different temperatures. I would think due to the weight of it (which is very light) if you tend to get hot easily it will be just perfect for that cooler summer night, but maybe not quite heavy enough for you gals who are always cold.

This pashmina is a beautiful addition to my wardrobe. I need it for an upcoming wedding. It is just what I was looking for. The material is extremely soft and comfortable. It is also an excellent value. The price is truly outstanding. I plan to purchase a couple more in different colors in the future.It is large enough to be worth several ways.The product was as described and arrived before the expected delivery date and was in an excellent condition. I will purchase from this seller again in the future.I love it so much that I just purchased another one in a different color to wear for a wdding rehearsal dinner. I already have one for the wedding. Everyone loves it. A really good product at a fantastic price!

I purchased both the teal and the white. the teal is beautiful. The white is slightly winter white, and goes very well with bright white clothes, and not with ivory or cream clothes.The material is super soft, light, and has a sheen to it that makes it quite dressed up. Perfect with evening wear and still appropriate with every day wear.But however much I love it, I have to admit that the material is of cheap quality. The very first time I wore it (the teal one), for an evening event, a lady pushed against me to get to the front, and in just a few seconds, her sequin or bead-embroidered sari ruined the shawl, pulling some threads and leaving a couple of almost transparent patches. Indeed, the weaving isn't tight as should be for this kind of piece to be durable. The weaving is too loose. Also, the cheap-looking Sakkas label isn't sewn but sticked to the fabric, and if you try to pull it off, it will ruin the fabric.If you wear it carefully, not in crowded places, and not with sharp jewelry, it may last. It you need it for just one day, to complete one outfit, it will look fantastic. But it is not good enough a quality for active everyday use.I still love the feel and look of it, and, for the price, I might still replace it in the teal color which I love (I wear shawls a lot), while keeping in mind that you have what you pay for and that it will have a limited lifespan unless I wear it very carefully. I definitely would not spend more than $15.99 on this item.

I was a bridesmaid in a sleeveless dress for a March outside wedding. I wanted a shawl that would compliment my petal pink dress but keep me from being chilled. This shawl was perfect. It was light but gave me just enough coverage. It was wide enough for me to wrap over my arms and I was able to knot it in front while still having it drape pretty. I got lots of compliments on it. It matched my dress perfectly. My dress was petal pink from David's Bridal. The fringe was pretty. The shawl did not get picky and the material was sturdy enough not to get runs. I read the reviews about the material but I needed a shawl ASAP and the price was right. I was very happy with my purchase and I will be purchasing additional shawls in other colors.

Für einen Schal echt teuer, aber die Bordeaux rote Variante ist echt wunderschön. Kauf-Empfehlung!!Er wirkt leider etwas glänzend glatt und edel was jetzt nicht unbedingt zu allen Jacken passt, dafür jedoch zu Mänteln (also bei mir). Dann wirkt er romantisch.Dennoch: tolle tiefe Farbe, übestand die 60°Wäsche unbeschadet, schön groß, weich und dicht.Ich wickel den auch gern um den Kopf, bevor dich die Kapuze hochziehe. Guter Windschutz :).

Die Farbe ist heller, mehr in Richtung rosa als gelb.Der Schal ist weich, angenehm auf der Haut und der Preis sehr gut.

Very happy with the shawl. The colour is a vibrant blue which matched my outfit beautifully. I would recommend this shawl to anyone, and the choice of colours is amazing.
