Best Naturals Black Cohosh 540 mg 120 Capsules

Understand - I don't usually write reviews. I understand that what works for me may not work for others but for the price this is worth a try. My symptoms were extreme! Hot flashes, indigestion, constipation, night sweats, you name it, I was miserable. HRT worked but I knew that was a temporary solution. I had tried Black Cohosh in the past and it didn't work. So this is what I did. I went back on HRT until my systems were gone. Once that happened I started taking the Cohosh. 540 mg in the morning and 540mg at night. After a week I started tapering down the HRT. Took a half a one every day for a week and then every other day for a week (you get the picture). I kept taking the 1080 mg of cohosh everyday for the first week and then tapered that down to one 540mg tablet just in the morning. Now I've been off the HRT for almost a year. Still do the 540mg every morning and my systems are almost completely gone. Hot flash only once in a great while. Usually when I'm under some kind of stress. For $10.00 - give this a try. I bought a 2 pack of this in October 2023 so I have 240 tablets. The expiration date is December 2023!!! I didn’t notice until 1 day after return window closed. This product works great for my hot flashes but I think it’s bad business to send out a 4 month supply knowing it expires in one month.

I was taking maca off and on to help with some mild hot flashes (thanks, menopause!), but it became not as effective. So I switched to black cohosh since my sister recommended it and I got instant results. I take only one in the morning and it is good for all day. This is the only symptom I have, so I can't attest to other symptoms, but I do find hot flash relief for sure!

I'm sure I'd get more hot flashes w/ out it ! Just gotta remember to work w/ highest doseges. I'm perimenapausal only .

It was a really good price and seems to be the same as I have used before but at a much better price. Exactly as described and because I am a Prime Member it came in 2 days.

What can I say about these except that they are a FABULOUS product that I take every single day of my life to completely take away my hot flashes...THESE WORK!!!!10 STARS!!

This is the only form of black cohosh that works for me. I take one energy morning to keep me cool through the day, and one at bedtime. Once in a while I take one in the early evening if my ears starts getting red ! I'm 55 and have bee musing this product 2 years too bad it took me a year to discover it !
