Best quality showers I received. I can't say if it's really removing hardness from the water but they gave the six month meter button, which is quite interesting, also they gave spanners. Tapes, doubletaps, everything you need to replace the shower which is really very interesting. Don't order in bulk as they are proving 40% discount coupon in every box. So I ordered 3 showers and I got 3 coupon of 40% off and now I don't know where I will use it. May be in future. I would suggest order one, get the coupon, use that coupon to order the second one and so on...

Got this shower head within a day and I must say that the packaging of this product is beyond impressive. The company took care of little things such as including a fitting spanner of the exact size that is needed for this; spare washers and it even provided a roll of silicon plumbers tape. Totally unexpected but was super happy to see this. Installation took less than 10 minutes including unscrewing the old shower head and putting the new one on. The shower filter replacement Indicator is a really cool add on. Now what needs to be seen is how effective this filter is to control water hardness and hopefully reduction of hair fall. Perhaps I’ll update this review in a few weeks. For now, the things that I like is the product packaging; build quality and total ease of installation.

I had a serious itching problem in changing season after monsoon, i just tried it to confirm that the reason is hard water or not and it was worth it, as it is a good quality shower with water softener too at this price point.

Easy to install and very useful.

The product doesn’t work as expected, even after extracting the water from the device the hardness content still remain the same. I have heated the water to check the calcium content removal from the water, I can still see the white precipitation

After using the shower I feel a difference as water is distributed nicely, feeling hair softer. However 1 out of 2 shower heads were defective with a minor leak, although I applied for warranty I felt that customer service was useless, instead they asked me to get it replaced through Amazon- whereas they could have sent someone since warranty was registered. Nonetheless, it is an expensive investment for a better shower experience, I hope it genuinely filters the hard water as it claims to.

Good product. Bought it the 2nd time

Great product , easy to install but it is not a snug fit as the shower head is not attaching properly to my shower unit. I was able to manage as I had a few spare parts from the tap water filter I had bought.
