What is the artificial flavoring in it?

It doesn’t say. It says pure Ceylon tea, packed in Sri Lanka and also says black tea natural and artificial flavors. Sort of tastes like an Earl Grey, so maybe bergamot. I love it

Is this tea brewed and packaged (imported directly) in Russia and sent to the US?

No. This is a Russian STYLE tea. It comes from the Orient.

Is this tea tea czar nicholas ii premium russian (black), as strong as irish breakfast tea?

It’s as strong, but this tea is flavored. I mix it with another black tea. Say 2/3 Assam and 1/3 Russian. This is how I like it best.

No, it's loose leaf tea. It is however damn good loose leaf tea and easy to make with a french press, or your own bags, which can be purchased separately.
