Excellent after sales service
Easy to set up and use. On receipt of the unit there was a small problem that was was quickly resolved by the after sales team.Used to address a meeting of 60 or so people, no problems at all.

Ok if works
Doesn't charge properly when plugged in. Either box or plug is faulty! Very disappointed. As you can see in tge pics, the light for charging isn't on when plugged into mains. Which means it is not charging, When it dies it willbe useless. Waste of money! I'm going to have to spend more money to fix it.
