The Values Deck | A Card Sorting Game to Explore Your Personal Values

These cards are worth the price. I use them every 6 months. Once you start focusing on your true “core values” it will change your life for the better.

I bought this deck to do a team value assessment with my staff. It's been an excellent resource for us. The online tools offer a lot of activities for individual and group evaluations. I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to build on team vision and morale in the workplace.

I like the idea behind this deck and the quality of the cards, but I do feel the instructions could be clearer and more guided. There are prompts on the back of the cards and some suggested resources, but the overall process felt a bit open-ended, especially if you’re new to value-sorting exercises. To be honest, I was also a bit disappointed because it feels quite similar to other value card decks out there. While it’s based on a solid framework with different value categories, the experience itself didn’t feel particularly unique or differentiated.

Great to in therapeutic settings, especially for acceptance and commitment therapy. A very comprehensive spread of values. A little pricey, but worth every penny!

We have been using these to improve discussions around values in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). They are well designed and very thought provoking. We'd buy more of them except for the rather steep COST situation. Hint: lower the price point and sell more. They are well made, however, and well thought out.

I use this with my relationship clients to see how their values align with each other.

The cards were definitely covered in something that smelled like gasoline. Aside from their stank, they were slimy and sticky. The box immediately fell apart. I threw it in the garbage because I didn’t want to deal with the stench in my car to make the return.
