The LDS Missionary Workout Program Spiral-bound – June 10, 2009

Missionaries love this exercise book. A new missionary came into my grandsons mission and had it. He immediately asked if we could get him one as they all really liked it.

Was disappointed in this book. I was expecting creative workouts and instead ended up with a book with very basic exercises and mostly an exercise tracking book. Might be just what you are looking for but didn’t fit my preferences.

My missionary has used this item many times during the last six months.

My daughter said she is happy with it I have not seen it in person

There was shipping difficulty but it all worked out. It's not quite what I thought it would be, but it will work.
