Great headset, even better price. I think I paid like 6 bucks for these things lol. I got so tired of wasting 15 bucks twice a year on the microsoft brand headset and said screw it! I'm only gonna buy a cheap headset from now on.Turns out this headset is WAY better than the microsoft brand headset that comes with the xbox. It sounds better, the mic is more clear. For some reason the plastic part of the connector is just a bit thicker than it needs to be (seems to be a common theme for a few people) so taking a nail file and trimming the top part of the plastic just a little bit will fix that problem quickly. Only do that if yours seems to not connect properly though. Other than the the only complaint I could see would be that the headset does fit fairly snug on your head. So if you have a larger head this headset might feel a bit too tight. Could probably fix that overnight by leaving it wrapped around the arm of your chair or couch. I haven't had any issue like that with the headset. Overall i've had the headset for far longer than 6 months now so it's already far outlasted the standard microsoft brand headsets i've been buying for the last 5 years. If anything that alone makes it worth the 6 bucks I paid!

As far as delivery time it came earlier than the expected arrival time. They fit extremely well and hug your ears but not so much that it feels weird. They are compatible with an xbox 360 controller, it just snaps in and there's no wiggle room seems to hold in place very well will not fall out during play. The only concern i have is that the wire that goes up to the headphones is a little loose and seems frail but i dont think it will come out at all as long as your not throwing your controller around. For the price this is an absolute steal!

The product was alright at first. You know, somewhat comfortable to those who wear glasses and all. But it just didn't last very long before it ran into the same problem that the first one I got had. It was either the people in the party could hear me, but I couldn't hear them or vis versa. The customer service was very friendly and helpful though. That is the only reason why I gave this product three stars. Overall, it is an okay product for such a low price. But if you want it to last more than a few weeks, look somewhere else and be willing to dish out more cash for a better quality product.

I'm not one to usually leave a bad review, but eh..here we go.Figured I would get these for my 8yr old son to talk to his friends back and forth while playing Minecraft. They were basically the same as the another pair price-wise that we had before, except these had headphones for both ears which he really liked.Once we got them, we hooked them up and saw that they didn't plug in to the controller quiet as snug as other headsets, causing it to easily come out away from the controller. One on the head, the microphone was real loose and wouldn't stay in place, so it just hung down below the chin. Had to adjust the wiring to even get it near the mouth area.We decided to test them out by sending a voice message and doing a playback, talking in our normal voices for everyday chat. When we played it back, it sounded like someone whispering or mumbling at an extremely low volume, and that's with the volume up on the headset and TV. You could hear a lot of static as background noise.Tested it again, this time talking loud and clear. STILL horribly low and bad playback quality with static.We took the foam padding off of the mic and did it again. Same as before, so low you couldn't hear what was being said, except the static was toned down a bit.We found that in order to get these to even remotely pick up a word you're saying, it has to be nearly IN your mouth right at your lips. You have to talk LOUD and VERY clear or else it will be static and low mumbling. Even with doing all that, it's still bad quality and no one could hear a word we were saying in a party or during the game. Considering the mic wouldn't even stay that close to the mouth, we had to tape it in place. They're not even worth using. 10 minutes out of the box to get them to work and now they're right back in.It's true, you get what you pay for, but if you're tight on money and looking to buy a cheap set to get you through, DO NOT BUY THESE. Go to your local Wal-Mart and buy the cheap $8.99 set they have there. I'm being serious, they work better and pick up more sound compared to these. Either that or go for the other cheap set here on Amazon that just have one headphone, which have done well for us in the past.

We received the headphones right on time. However the did come in a white box so not in the original package. Other than that the headphones work great! They are quality headphones and at $10 I think we got a great price. My son uses these to play his Xbox Live with friends. He says that they have good quality as far as the sound goes. He can hear the other players clearly and they can hear him through the mic. The headphones aren't too big or too small I say they are the perfect size for a person with a smaller to medium head. I'm not sure how they would feel on a person who has a larger head, they might be a little snug. Other than that we found no problems or issues with these headphones. They work great and come at a great price.

This headset still works!! Bought it years ago and still use it with my 360 to this day. Very lightweight, very stable cord. Mic quality is way better than I thought it'd be. Mute mic button comes in handy! Very comfortable on the head, definitely adjustable.
