yes, it does contain petrolatum cetyl alcohol. I buy it for the beeswax and use it as hand cream. It provides a water barrier and softens rough skin.

Yes, this cream is easy to apply. However you must be careful about the amount you use. It can make your hair a little stiff if to much is used. I use it on my natural hair and I love it For a mustache I think it may depend on the texture but once u get it right, I'm sure u will love it. May be a little greasy. Hope this helps
