Ease of opening and closing!
This is my second one. I keep one in the trunk to carry groceries in when I get home- so much easier than making numerous trips. Easy to open and close and to put in and out of trunk.

Incorrect size for needs
Too small for my needs. Led me to believe it was larger.Need it to transport art supplies.

Handle broke the first time I used it
So dissappointed that the telescoping handle broke the very first time I opened it. Now I am stuck with a rickety handle that won't fold down and a cart that is not collapsible or convenient.

Great for carrying boatloads of stuff!
This is perfect for carrying my woodworking items to and from the shop. Durable and easy to roll.

Broken after one use
The handle locking mechanism on the bottom of the crate broke after one use. A small metal stud fell out and part of the plastic broke off. With force, we can still get the handle to extend and have continued to use the crate. However, we won't buy this product again.

Not sturdy enough
Upon first or second use, one of our employees broke a piece off but it was still usable. We've probably used it 10 times until the wheel broke off and now it's dead. It was convenient to use, but just doesn't last.
