Seriously unimpressed. These bags are a poor cheaply made and severely underperforming knock off of the proper branded version. I’ve found I have to double bag when using these bags as they just rip to shreds when trying to filter and remove from the Toddy brewer. It’s now at the stage after making 4 brews with I’ve thrown them in the bin and gone back to the proper Toddy ones. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Filters allow good flow of liquids to pass through. Very durable, even when wet. Will buy again.

I am ordering more filter bags because my first set worked so well. For the past 28 years I've used the thick Toddy filters, but this is much easier to clean. They are thin and could rip, but I haven't had any problems with this. I can dump the grounds in my garden and then dispose of the bag without ripping it.

Debido que había visto opiniones que decían que se rompían yo lo que hago es una vez drenado el café volcar el recipiente en la basura para que caiga directamente la bolsa con el café dentro. No he probado a tirar de la bolsa para ver si se rompe pero tampoco entiendo que problema hay con volcar el recipiente directamente si además te ahorras que te gotee la bolsa.

I noticed that several reviewers said these filter bags tore when trying to remove them from the Toddy after brewing. The trick is to cover the top of the Toddy with a couple of plastic grocery sacks and then turn it upside down so that the grounds and filter bag are now in the grocery sacks ready for disposal. Easy peasy. Also, for some reason, I tend to get a little more concentrate out of a pound of coffee when I use these filters. I don’t why, but others have mentioned the same thing.

I read through a lot of reviews before buying these cold brew filter bags, and overall, I’m satisfied. Do they feel thinner than some name-brand options? Yes. Do they tear? Occasionally—but only at the top, never where the coffee grounds sit, which is what really matters to me. Which is an issue I’ve also had with name brand bags. Despite the minor tearing, I haven’t had any issues with grounds getting into my cold brew, which is my main concern. The bags do their job, and for the price, they’re a great value. I’ll likely buy them again since they’re affordable and easy to work with. If you can handle a little care when handling them, they’re definitely worth trying. I’ve attached a photo to show the tear. This is after I’ve drained my coffee, and the grinds will be disposed of in my garden, so the minor damage isn’t a big concern for me.
