Carrera Off-Road Black Enforcer Remote Control Race Car

Bought two of these now and both have encountered the same issue. Ran great for just a short time but then, it starts cutting out, and then doesn't respond at all...two cars, same result. Battery was fully charged, used and recharged. Very disappointing because it looks great, was quick, ran through grass and doesn't take a lot of batteries. Would be a decent RC if it did actually run more than the first 10 minutes.

We bought this for our son for Christmas.Before using it, we plugged in the battery to charge, per the instructions.When my husband went to take the battery off the charger, it exploded on him.So we never got the chance to actually drive the car as we promptly returned it and bought a different RC car.
