My husband was put on Ozempic for his diabetes. The affect on him was less then desirable, causing him to lose his appetite, lose weight & low energy & a few other negative side affects. I was desperate to get protein in him, something he would enjoy. My first thought was a protein shake. I tried other brands, that he did not care for.This brand was highly recommended by a friend of ours, although my husband was reluctant to try, he made a go of it and we both were pleasantly surprised. The texture, smell, taste, blending, mixing all were very easy. This particular vendor has a variety of flavors however we like the vanilla because of the flexibility we have when adding variety of fruits, juices, milk. Any given fruit, juice or whatever can change the flavor a bit. His favorite mixture is frozen fruit mixture with orange, tab bit of milk (gang in there) and this powder. It reminds him of a dreamsicle.I’ve seen quite a few reviews who express disappointment with the amount of air, lack of mixture in containers. Protein powders are a light, not dense powder, therefore during shipment the powder may compact some. In my experience this has happened with the variety of powders we’ve tried. I feel the value for my money is on par with other brands, however the quality, variety and texture of this brands fits our needs best.

Don’t buy it for the flavor. The Caramel Cookie Crunch flavor does not taste like caramel or cookie. The package says it can be drank throughout the day BUT be warned the cookie bits will be soggy (maybe I should have assumed that but was hopeful). The flavor alone is disgusting.
